Instead of nipple reconstruction getting tattoos
hi ladies,
I am looking at the possibility of getting a beautiful tattoo across my breast instead of the traditional nipple reconstruction and tattooed areola. Just looking at options at this point as I have never been brave enough to get a tattoo but have come across some beautiful ones. Does anyone have any websites that I can access to look at different designs? Does anyone know how much they cost as I am certain insurance won't cover them.... I had my BMx in January and exchange in June. I just had a TAH/BSO on July 1.

Have you looked at 3D nip tattoos? Vinnie Myers is supposed to be the best, but I am sure his shop can do a breast tattoo also. Here is a Pinterest link with some other tattoos also.

I cannot remember the source but I recently read about a free tattoo event for exactly what you are describing. Highly experienced tattoo artists offer their services so women can get their breasts/chests tattooed. It was something along the lines of pink ink or p.ink. But it is an event or weekend that you need to sign up for. I will continue searching for the info and will post if I find it. The site included beautiful gallery pictures.

Look at "other options" on TJ's web site- especially the tattoos (done by another tattoo artist) at the bottom of the page. (I had a "regular" nipple areola tattoo done by TJ a number of years ago and I think she did a beautiful job.)
