    When I reserved our room there were no extra charges for the 3rd and 4th persons.  I gave them names, so they know there are 4 people.  No surprises, I hope.

    Hi lovely ladies,

    I would really like to go. Last year I wanted to go, but I was recovering from surgeries and treatment. 

    My problem is, I have no idea where to start the process. Do I go online and book? Not sure if I can afford to stay in a room by myself. Would sleep on the floor, if I had to

    Michele, if you go back to page 3 & about 1/2 way down look for gbusse's post on room-mates. I know that there are a few who have room still, but can't remember who??  Alot of the girls are more on the FB site than here & trying to get better at it. The FB site is a private one for the girls that do make it to Vegas, once you go...then you get added to the group if you want....."WHAT HAPPEN'S IN VEGAS STAYS IN VEGAS"  Singing    Always love having another Sister join the group...my suggestion would be to read back a few pages & see who is looking so you don't have to book a room, then can go from there -get your ticket-get excited!!! Already getting somewhat of a To DO's for the weekend with Free time to do what you would like Hope this helps!!!

    hi, Michele! We have room for you in our condo..at the best price...free! You may want to keep looking for a roomie at the Aria to get the full experience of the wonderful and crazy ladies. You can always stay and play and visit there and then come home to sleep. The Canadian girls stay at the same condo....we both have timeshares there so we use that instead of paying for a room. It is less than a mile from the strip. My hubby will drive us to the events, and there is also transportation 18 hours a day. You can look the condo up.Wyndham Grand desert. Private message gbusse to sign up and ask about roomies at the Aria. Ask her how to be on the TaTa website. 

    I am 62 and it looks like you are young, so you might want to hold out for the hotel. But we are a lot of fun. I see you are an Okie like me. I live in Edmond. Are you close.? We will have to get together before the trip.

    Michele, I'd just comment that Beatmon might be 62, but she is in no way an old lady! I met her last year...we were both newbies then...and she's a blast :)

    welcome, Michelle....... I was a newbie last year also and it was a blast.    Lots of us come in on Thursday for an early meet and greet.  Look forward to meeting you and you will find a new family of sisters in this group.  They have been my lifeline as I have navigated the BC journey.  Looking forward to meeting you!

    Hello, everybody! Had a great phone gab with Michelle2013 this morning. She is definitely going to join the TaTas in Vegas this year. She is going to stay at the Wyndham and bunk with us. I believe she will be coming in early enough for wine and cheese and Billy Bob's.....what a hazing ..oops orientation!  It can't get here soon enough! XO

    Hello Michelle, I made it to Vegas in 2012 but only made it to the meet and greet (so still consider my self a kinda newbie). Since then I have met up a couple times with local sisters and have so much loved every minute of it. I just wanted to let you know that I plan on attending this year and have reserved a room at the Aria, for Friday and Saturday night. My room mates are not making it this year, so if you are still thinking about going and would like to be closer to town,  pm me.     finally it is August, girls! Next comes September and we know what happens then! Yeahhhhhh. 

     We have been in Denver for a few days, David is at a conference and I am just reading and doing nothing. 

    Last night we went out to dinner with a group of 14 to a steak house named Sullivan's. The waiter gave a long list of specials and upgrades from the other end of the table.....let me tell you this was a very pricey place. I asked him to come to our end and please repeat because the people at our end couldn't hear him....guess that irritated him. I ended up reduced to tears because he was so rude and mean while he somewhat repeated the specials.....in front of David's professional group. I refused to stay and eat there. The manager was all over us trying to comp anything to get us to stay, eat anywhere else in the restaurant ,free,free anything we wanted, etc but I was done. I don't know why the tears flowed like that.....usually I would have just said FU and spoken with the manager.

    Have we gotten hooked up with Michelle yet for FB? I want to make sure she gets all of the information. She will be a lot of fun. 

    After last nite,I'm ready to be with my TaTas!

    HI there Tracey, good to see you!!! Not as good, of course, as it will be when I'll see you at the Aria :)  Flashback to eating a dessert crepe at that great place on the ground floor...Tracey walking by and stopping for a chat with me and Shelley before turning in. Aaahhh....to see our sisters just strolling by, bumping into one another as we go about our free time activities. I flippin love thinking about it!

    I will be arriving on Thursday at 8:45am....hoping I can get in the room and get some nap time....gonna be an early morning for me....then a late night :)
