Indent/dimple on my breast

Well this is weird!  I woke up this morning and have a dent in my breast.

It wasn't there two days ago when I saw my breast surgeon for my four month check up. 

I am getting a biopsy tomorrow on a suspicious lump on same breast but  across the breast on opposite side. (That one just looks like a small cyst so not worrying about that).

But this dent is new!! My husband asked if I slept odd (no marbles in bed that I know of, lol).

Could it just be my breast changing from Rads (one month out)? 

Anyone else have an indent for no apparent reason?
