For sure Monis - that picture said it all! Today was an M.R.I. - of course they never told me with contrast. So I get there and they sit me down and take an I.V. out - I was like "what is that?" Then I was petrified that I may be allergic to whatever it was so I ask the girl if she has seen people get a reaction. She says "Yes" I say "what kind?" She says "they can't breathe and vomit!" I had one foot out the door but then thought how I better get used to this - stop being a big baby and just do it. So I did and I was fine. Wow, panic can really take over and I am good at it. All of this is so new to me so it's really hard!

Thank you ktfelder - I will find that number out! VeraAnn

Seem to have the reflux working over time today - just think it's from all the stress and anticipation. Maybe at the end of this all there is something wonderful waiting for all of us. I sure hope so!

hello sweetie, I was diagnosed while making wedding plans to my second husband, 42 and never had really been sick,I was also scared of the chemo, But it wasn,t as bad as I heard or thought, I was given meds before hand so I didn,t throw up, and with HOPE and POSITIVE thinking and above all my Faithin GOD I am a 20 yr Survivor(Praise GOD) each person is different and the meds are even better today. We are ALL in my prayers daily. msphi(idc, stage2, 0/3 nodes, L mast, chemo and rads and 5 yrs ontamoxifen)

Meeting with the Oncologist's Nurse on Wed and feeling very very anxious. I am truly petrified of the unknown - so scared of allergic reactions. Trying hard to let go of the fear buy finding it impossible to do. Tomorrow is the Petscan - another big fear! Wow, last year at this time I was looking forward to the summer!
-
Well, did the pets can today - I have to say it was very very easy. I worked myself up for that one as well but it was nothing. Thanks for all the good advice on here. VeraAnn
