2nd, have a great lunch with the S.CA ladies, wish I could join you...
A friend is having a big BBQ for June birthdays. I think she has 20 + people coming, with 5 people with a June b-day.
My b-day was 2 weeks ago..( 59 )...I was busy, and did not post it here. I am not a big b-day person. DH wanted to do something, we ended up having friends over. It motivated me to go to town on planting flowers, putting bark down, cleaning house. Then my kids took over, and did all the cooking & waiting on everyone.
Smaarty, thx for the Joe
Susan & Camlily, hope you get feeling better....

So funny to read this, I have been doing it for leg and foot cramps and it really works, but everyone laughs when they first hear it. You have to try it before you laugh, I tell them.
-
Good morning everyone. I hope you feel better soon Susan. I slept horrible last night, I should of chatted with you Nettie on ths site. Instead I researched stuff, read a book, checked FB etc.... Happy Belated birthday Holeinone.
Heading out soon to meet BCO gals for lunch....wish all of you owlettes could join us. See you soon 2nd.
Hugs to all

2TA - Hope to hear a fab report about your get together.
Trying to get myself presentable for a SS party this evening. It could be awful hot but we've had clouds and a few tiny showers this morning. May keep the evening heat down. Supposed to be some outdoor activities + food + board games.
Golf Girl - I'm low key about BDs too. But then I have a tiny family - DH, DD and one DB & SIL. I'm just glad to wake up breathing and in one piece every morning.
DH and I spent time cutting brush yest. morning. We live on a creek and despite the drought it is very green and overgrowing out back. Could be to our neglect too, well not could be more like is. Goaties loved getting fresh branches for mid morning snack. Why pay for hay when I have the live stuff I say. I need to look for even more giant pair of loppers to whack those branches. Watching bicyclers come down hill - we live on corner. This is the end of a bicycle club loop back into town. There is a large bluff/plateau area just to our west, they go some route out to/beyond it and come back down our way which is pretty direct into town.
Off to make leche quemada (burnt milk I think). Praline kinda candy in micro. I signed up for dessert.
Nettie - hope you have a better day.
Missing the Fierce One. Hope you're having a good day.
-
Susan - hope the tummy problems are on the wane. Hoping you have a good Saturday.
-
Luvmygoats, I am racking my brain, trying to figure out what a SS party is?

HELLO OWLETTES!!!!!!!!! MISSED YOU ALL TERRIBLY
On May 25th I was cleaning things up. I had intended to take a break. I also intended to tell you, so, you wouldn't worry, but before I could do so I was banned from BCO till June 14th.
Tang sorry I wasn't there when you needed me. All of you sorry. We each have a niche here to help each other.
All that sent PM's and mentioned concerns, or salutations on the IT thread bless you. I have 23 pages to catch up on. I need to sign off on my housekeeping threads. I no longer feel that attempting to help others is my role anymore. Just going to be a homebody.
Some fun news. The NRC guy called and asked me to be on a committee for 2-3 years regarding RIA 131 and other radioactive protocols re: self care for patients. Isn't that nice
.
Went to Moffitt Cancer Center. One of the earliest NCCN centers. Found out that my treatment would have been different. Likely would not have received RAI as a treatment.
. Bummer b/c I'm having very uncomfortable side effects from the treatment.
Chevy, I saw your concern about people not posting. Don't worry. The who to why people don't post is so varied. Our concern is that they are okay. In the past I used to just send a short PM to see what was up. Usually works
You must admit keeping up here is a challenge
Cami on the green stool thing. I saw that alonggggg time ago. Yesterday I was trying to find something for myself and found an answer for you. I tried to save the page I will link it, if I can find it. This is a link that does well at describing why stools can be green
There are many more links. Use Keywords --green stools and bile
http://healing.answers.com/personal-health/what-bile-in-your-stool-means
Hopefully this won't be deleted
L&H&P's sassy
