New lump under arm?

hello all,  I have not posted in a long time.  Finished chemo, bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction almost 3 years ago.  I am on tamoxifen and thought I was doing good. Found a small lump under arm, saw surgeon, then ultrasound , now scheduled for biopsy tomorrow,  anyone with a similar story?

    Hi Christine47, long time no see. I have a similar situation at the moment but nothing sinister has been found on ultrasound or physical exams.

    Hoping it's nothing, but how did you find the lump?  Just curious, was it during a self exam?  I'm so paranoid that I'm going to miss something, I check myself, but I'm never sure I'm going to know if something is off, guess that's why we are supposed to know our own bodies, and I try, but just feel like I'm lacking!
