Pre-rad and the waiting game

I am anxiously waiting for path report and my post op is Wed for lump & SNB surgery I had this week. The BS said he recomnends 5.5 weeks rad, but when is avg time forr this to start after surgery? i only assume my incisions would need to be healed before I start rad??? I like to plan on what the timeline is. Any help is appreciated!

Caner centers have different protocols on time lines. I would make a guess they would start one month post surgery.
