I had breast cancer five years ago and had a lumpectomy. I got a "call back" from my last mammogram. I had a biopsy done. The results indicated benign on a report by one pathologist and suggestive of ductal carcinoma in situ (minute) on a second report by a different pathologist. I am going to have a seed localization and an excisional biopsy. The doctor told me that if the removed tissue is found to contain more than one spot of dcis then they'd later do a full mastectomy. Please I am asking for your prayers. Please prayer that my results are benign. If you don't believe in prayer, please send positive thoughts my way. Positive vibes would also be appreciated. I am concerned obviously but focused on a positive outcome.

    I had breast cancer 4 years ago and they have been watching microcalcifications on the cancer side for over a year.  I just had my 6 month mammo and am now scheduled for a biopsy because they are growing.  I will also have to have a mastectomy if this comes back as positive and it will also mean that the Tamoxifen I have taken religiously is not working.  I am keeping you in my prayers.  My biopsy is June 5th.  When is yours?

    Hi Shadylady, just letting you know that Miss Sunshine hasn't been back since she posted on the 16th, so you may not get an answer. Hopefully she got benign results and has moved on.

    I have an update. I had my seed localization done yesterday. My excisional biopsy is booked for June 3rd. I will keep you in my prayers too shady lady.
