This one is easy for me - Ruth, Badger and Sweetandspecial because in two weeks time I will be taking them to the sea ... The Pacific Ocean as we embark on our California Dreaming get together.

I would hang out with Theodore Roosevelt who would take me on the vigorous hike (he liked to play a hiking game where you set out for a goal in a straight line and for any obstacle in your way; you either went under, over, or through it...never around). The whole time he would be talking about books, world events, birds, his cowboy days, any and every topic, all with great knowledge and enthusiasm .....he really was the most enchanting companion!
