Has anyone found their implants were different in terms of comfort from the TEs?  I am months from my last fill but I am quite aware the thing is there and I can feel it move when I lean over - a sensation I don't like.  I am wondering if this shifting is something that will happen with the implant too?

Generally it is much better after the exchange. Instead of Tupperware in there you have a soft implant. You'll probably always be aware of your pec muscles when you think about it. I don't notice any shifting, just some tightening when I've worked them out.

You have a very pleasant surprise in store for you after the exchange surgery. My tissue expander experience was a very uncomfortable one. From the moment I woke up from the exchange surgery it was instant relief. You can still tell their there, in the winter they feel cold to the touch, but they don't hurt, shift, or feel uncomfortable.
