What advice for someone just diagnosed with Metaplastic bc?

    It is weakly ER positive, pr negative, her2 negative. 4cm+, some nodes positive but not sure how many yet, stage unknown, PET scan on Tuesday. It is not me...it's a friend who is going to call me for advice.
