Lat Dorsi 2 wks ago. Ouch when will pain go away???

Had left side Lat Dorsi with expander 2 weeks ago and pain is still bad...Now my back where muscle use to be and left arm & shoulder are aching??? My PS says it will go away in 4 to 6 weeks...Any one else have this SX and and know if and when I will stop hurting??? Thanks in Advance!!!

    Susie - I found that I noticed a big improvement at about 3 weeks post-surgery.  I agree that it was a very ouchy surgery, much more so then anything I had experienced prior.  FYI - I had my exchange surgery a month ago and that was so much easier then the lat dorsi surgery.  Good luck to you!

    Thank you Kathy for giving me hope that this pain will get better soon and letting me know that my next surgery won't be as bad as the Lat Dorsi surgery!!!
