Stitching the pieces together

That is soooo cute!!!!
-
Both are stunning.
-
hey Eneva, how you been? Got that 2nd opinion yet?
-
Hi Smarty, no 2nd opinion till July 25. ;(
-
On to the next round of Christmas stockings! Got both DDs and one SinL fabrics yesterday. Here's what I ordered from Etsy for moi. Still have to get fabric for DH and my two step granddaughters. They will be here over Easter so I plan to take them shopping for fabric then.
-
yorkiemom - so cute!!!
-
I think so too Blessings. Some may say that's too childish for an adult, but this grandma refuses to grow up, especially at Christmas time!
-
Childish at Christmas??? Impossible!!! We are ALL children at Christmas
-
Ignore the childish part. I'm working on a new bright quilt (for me) that would probably be considered rather unsophisticated/juvenile, but it makes me happy.
-
Yorkie that is very cute! Who cares what others think as long as we are happy!
-
Chrissyb, I asked my DH and he thought it was sweet and very appropriate for Christmas. I'm going for it!
-
I really wish we had like buttons on here because there are so many posts I would like to like or better yet, LOVE!
I am still in the back brace, the ortho says I have to wear it for 4 or 5 more months. I have been told I am a patient person but this is testing me. I do go back to PT this week and hope to get some strength back.
Love Ginger
-
Oh Ginger! Poor you!!! With summer coming on and all and you've been SO good!! I hope it's worth it after all this. What is it supposed to be doing for your back?
-
We have this Ginger.
-
But you need this
for the brace.
-
Oh pooh Ginger! What a pain to have to wear it through summer.........the onl good thing is that it is helping you heal so there is an up side to it.
-
I love the snowflake afghan and the rainbow booties. Oh how I wish I had more time to sew.
Lala in her swim suit. She's smaller than the measurements her mommy sent me, but she can wear it longer.
-
How adorableeeeee
)
-
OMG Meece!! She is so adorable and that suit just looks fab! Love the flower headband to finish the outfit........lol.
-
How precious!!! May she be blessed with never worrying about what she looks like in a bathing suit!
-
Barbe the brace is to let my vertebrae heal, it is broken from the car accident last September 3rd. I am in less pain now but if I stand it hurts pretty quickly. I can actually walk with less pain. The Ortho says I will not need surgery and to be patient. We are going on an all family vacation to Lake Barkley in Kentucky and I hope I am moving better by end of June when we go. This will be with all the grands together for the first time. I just told the littlest that I have three other Grandchildren and she looked stunned. I put the two girls on the phone together and they were just chattering away so I think it will all be good.
Zoe has learned to stitch on a little plastic canvas, she is so proud.
-
Ginger, I have some much younger first cousins. I can still remember laughing when one was about four (she was Grandad's baby) and I told her that he was my granddad too. She just kind of glared at me. She was not happy with the idea of having to "share" him.
-
So, this is my latest work in progress:
-
Here's the pattern. Mine will be a LOT brighter:
-
Wow Melissa, can't wait to see it complete! Lve the colours!
-
Love all the pictures.
I am having a rest from quilting as my hands and back get very tired.
-
That's going to be beautiful, Melissa. I wonder how I could get more time out of my day. With my commute I am gone from 6:30 to 5:30 which leaves 3.5 hours to prepare dinner, do household chores and do what I would like.
-
I LOVE your colours WAY better than the pattern Melissa!!! Can't wait to see them!
-
I finally finished all 4 bridesmaid dresses. I'll try to get a pic of the four of them together and post after the wedding.
-
Smaarty - you are so talented (and so brave) to take on all four dresses... please do post pics!!!!
