Enlarged nodes...groin, jaw, neck and axilla

looking for advise ... Orig.dx 6/08. 

Lymphedema rt arm dx 2011-12 - Occasional pain in elbow when I get lax with my sleeve.  Maybe 5 mo ago noticed an enlarged node under my Rt jaw -but I had a tooth ache - had the tooth filled and did 10 days abx. Tooth pain gone but not the node.   Then about Jan.14 i noticed more frequent arm pain up into neck and clavicle - lymph edema? Not sure...

Started with occasional rt leg swelling, chalked up to being on my feet too much, getting older etc noticed this back 6-9 mo ago.  I even had an US to R/O blot clot 6wks ago test was negative.  

I had also noted pain in my arm /axilla when I would go to bed.  But now I can feel a "lump" in the axilla that feels like 2cm node just below my incision from orig. Surg 07/08 5 nodes + sentinel node bx. All negative.  All of these painful spots are on the right side same as my mastectomy.

Should I be freaking out (which is where I'm heading) or is this coincidental ?  My Onc appt is May 15th.  Should I wait till then or try to get into FMD sooner?
