When you use the pump, do you notice more pressure in the arm than in the chest?

I have similar lymphedema so want to respond, however I am unclear about your question. Pump? What pump?

it is a compression pump for lymphedema. You can google it

I feel more pressure in the arm. Sometimes the jacket need to be tightened. At some point I was feeling very little trunk compression. My jacket was tightened and now I feel pressure.
