...some california poppies in my yard along with some purple verbena, against emerald green lawn, 20 years ago. i still remember that photo..sold it, the poppies sort of glowed.

I worked at a camp when I was in college, and (with my instamatic camera) I took the most beautiful picture ever.....the sun setting over the lake; oranges, pinks, yellow of the sky above, with the darkening blues of the water below, and bright green leaves from a tree shining in the foreground. It was a "How in the world did I do that?!!" sort of picture.

I have a bunch of wonderful shots with the babies in our family falling asleep in my husbands arms. They are some of my favorites. I've got so many pictures on my old laptop. I've really got to get them transferred over. Love this topic.

my sister and I would get new outfits for Easter. I have a cute picture of us with our flared out dresses, little purses and 'Easter bonnets'....and remember it was so windy that day that our hats blew off and we had to chase them down the street!

on Easter so often it would be cold and rainy, so my parents would hide the foil wrapped chocolate little eggs in the living room so we would still have an egg hunt. For days and weeks later we might find a leftover chocolate egg hidden somewhere. Still remember how that made us happy.
