Could this be a symptom of mets?

Has anyone heard of bc mets in the stomach? I've been having nausea for almost a month now, and will be going for tests shortly. I wasn't able to do chemo for my early-stage bc three years ago, so am very worried. My liver enzymes are normal. Thank you!

Hi, I do not think you need to worry about that. A lot of things can cause the stomach problems and are not serious. Why were you not able to have chemo.

I appreciate it. I wasn't able to handle the premedication for chemo (super-high dose of steroids, etc.) because it complicated a neurological condition I have. Based on my oncotype score, the benefit of chemo would not have been worth it.

jamiebeth, [initial] mets to the stomach would be very rare.  Saying never would be wrong, because weird things happen, but metastatic breast cancer would be low on my list of things to worry about.

Nausea is the worst.  I hope they can get to the bottom of it soon.
