Tattooed Sleeve?

Posting this for a friend who is experiencing lymphedema. She is hoping to find a sleeve decorated to look like a tattooed arm (in other words, what's known as a "sleeve" tattooed directly on the arm.) Does such a thing exist? Where would one find it? Anyway, I figured this would be a good place to ask. Thanks for all info!

I looked at them and some are quite cute but it does not appear that they can be custom sized - just 'Off The Shelf' sizes. Not all can use/wear those sizings.
