Bone/joint achiness months after rads finished?

Options

Hi all,

Has anyone experienced bone/joint pain after radiation?  I finished at the end of November, and a couple of weeks later had a solid week of flu-like bone pain in various areas (ankles, wrists, legs).  Since then I've felt this off and on, maybe a day or a few days, then it subsides and returns later, in different places in my body.  Is this related to rads?  Any remedies?

Thanks in advance.

More likely it is from Tamoxifen or an AI.  Are you taking any of these?  These drugs have bone and joint pain as side effects.

I've had the same thing since chemo-docetaxol which ended last May. By dec. it was 80% better but that only lasted for about 6 weeks, now I'm back to quite painful stiffness from waiste down and a non stop aching. I thought that it may be chemo related, especially since I'm triple neg and not on any hormone tx
