Break fast

Thanks for reading my post.My mother done with her treatment. She is ER+. I want she eat right things.I just wanted to know about Terra chips or any vagetable chips. Can my mother eat it some time . Also , is there any cereal and  bread for break fast that you recommand? Or food for break fast that she can use.

    Nothing special for breakfast - life should be back to normal and she can have a normal diet. Some say "no soy products", others say it is OK. And little or no alcohol (perhaps she doesn't drink at all - even better). Some also recommend keeping sugar intake low. 

    Other than that, I don't know of anything she shouldn't eat.  Many of us try to eat more "healthy" since our diagnosis, but again, nothing specific. I try to cut down on processed foods, and try to buy organic fruits, vegetables & meat when available.
