get all my 'stuff' done, sit in the recliner with one or two cats tucked in beside me, hang out at BCO and check Facebook while watching House Hunters on TV.

..play outside in my garden, but i can't, because i have too much work to do.(i just found out that treatment center had 2 computers stolen. so. 1 and 1/2 month later, i got a letter from them.Yesterday, saying that i "may" be one of 5900 people who's PHI and SS# etc, maybe out there in the world in unsavory hands. and i am so angry at them for so many reasons previously to this,that i am considering seeing a lawyer. but first, i must take steps to secure all my info, and i am just FURIOUS! so i came here for a sanity break....).
but hopefully,later, i will enjoy the sun by

I hate all that security breach stuff. There was just something on the news about the data base for the whole university system of North Dakota being hacked....since I am a graduate of one of the colleges, donate money etc. I suppose I will be getting a contact about that....grrrr.....really, no place is safe.
Anyway it is yucky, gray, windy, cold, and we are under a rain/sleet/snow advisory, so the only way I will be enjoying the sun is if I take a nap and dream about it.
Something that helps me find my calm when I am mad/frustrated is....

...to write about it, and then, go for a good long walk. that usually reaffirms my faith in the goodness of the world and humanity. somehow i think something sweet is in order, too. (Spring WILL come, Ruth! @ least there is water on your land, i am recycling bath water to my plants, bailing and making my arms stronger. living well IS the best revenge.) another thing i do to find my calm
