idc with pt2n0m0 grade 3 er/pr- her/neu+ on AC chemo followed by 4 cycles of docetaxel+trastuzumab

what is the chance of local and distant recurrence in future

    That's really a question for your oncologist. Many factors are involved in estimating chances of local or distant recurrence, and even with the best medical information, there's some uncertainty. Treatments for her2/neu+ BC are improving all the time. Your best bet is to find a medical team you trust and that answers your questions, take good care of yourself physically and mentally, and stay focused on the present. Good luck.

    Not sure if yours is the same AC-TH regime, but in the BCIRG-006 study, 93% of the node negative her2+ group on this regime were disease free at 5 years. The 7% included both local and distant recurrences. The AC regime is a bit tougher on the heart, so some oncs prefer TCH, and they tend to weigh up the advantages and disadvantages for each patient.
