Breast pain during taxol?

Hello, 

I am 6 weeks in to a 12 week/once per week cycle of Taxol. Before the Taxol, I had 4 treatments of AC over 12 weeks.   I have had sporadic breast pain (LS expander after mastectomy) but tonight both sides, even the untouched right one, are so sore! Tender and 'twingy' - like how they felt before I had a period, or needed to breast feed. I have looked online and seen nothing about breast soreness or tenderness during chemo. My dr has not seemed concerned about this when I have mentioned it to her. It's just seeming more severe tonight than in the past. Other than the soreness, I have only had a little tingling in my feet. I've been taking L-glutamine and a b-complex on the advice of a nutritionist and have had minimal side effects. Anyone else experienced breast soreness/tenderness/pain during taxol treatment?
