Anyone with TNBC first dx with DCIS stage 0 -double neg?

Hello ladies, I was dx with multifocal left breast stage 0 DCIS Grade 3  ER-/PR-with Comedo necrosis and had neg SNB and double MX. No micro invasion detected.. So, I am blessed, lucky ecstatic...but nervous..They do not test HER on DCIS according to my BS but some women say to request it in case tx regimens change in the future. Any of you have a later advanced reoccurrence after a stage 0 " no further tx needed" TNBC? Thank you!!

    I had the DCIS in 3/13, stage 0, just had accelerated breast radiation for a week. No lump felt, just detected on a mammo. I did have "possible micro invasion" but clear margins. I was also ER-/PR- and they told me they do not check for HER. (Although my first surgeon told me I was NOT triple negative.) I had a lumpectomy.

    Then in 11/13, I found a lump. Not seen on mammo in Sept or Nov. Seen on ultrasound. Suspicious. Got a biopsy in Dec and it is stage 2A, triple negative. Doctors say it is an unusual case. I got a second opinion at Sloan and they all agreed with a second lumpectomy. I will likely need chemo and rads; meeting with doctors Tuesday to get the plan rolling.
