new lump or chip from biopsy?

I was wondering if anyone who has had a chip to mark biopsy, has had that spot feel like a lump?  I feel a tiny hard spot above my lumpectomy scar, where I had a biopsy about 2 years ago.  I will mention to my onc, but wondering if anyone had any thoughts/this experience?

    I don't think we should be able to feel the chip they put in to mark the spot. It is sooo tiny. Def show your MO. I'd say not to worry, but I know it's hard not to.

    I found a few tiny hard lumps in my cancer breast and one in the prophy side a few months ago.  My surgeon was pretty concerned so she brought in the ultrasound but couldn't see anything.  She sent me for a "real" ultrasound and the tech couldn't find anything either.  The radiologist came in and he was able to identify all of the lumps as surgical clips.  I'm not sure if they're the same size as a biopsy clip but thought I'd share my experience.

    Thank you megomendy and lekker and l for your replies.  I am going to see my onc, just saw her three weeks ago, and have had mammo/mri every six months for the last three years.  Hoping its the clip!
