Emotions/Experiences of BC set to music - post yours

Sorry if this has been done and I can't find it.

A place to post videos of particular songs or pieces of music that describe your experiences, emotions, etc, and/or musical pieces that help you get through it.

I will start. The following two songs, word for word, note for note, are just different sides of my responses/feelings (what I'd say, exactly) to my cancer.

When days aren't so good and I either am already crying or really need to cry and need to provoke it this song'll do it for me -- in fact the one day I briefly wept at the cancer center this song had started playing in my mind

It works so well that in some situations all I have to do is think of it, and for this reason I'm actually a little afraid of being out in public and having this come over some radio system

Cat Stevens - Trouble

Today I heard from the breast surgeon's office who was assigned to give me a biopsy for possible Round 3, word is she's seen the ultrasound, says there's nothing there, but will meet with me and examine me just the same.

We'll see.

Cancer, I'm coming for you -- you'd better run

Today's song, every word of it, is

Heart - Straight on for you

I can't not dance when I listen to this, and though not all the lyrics are applicable to me, this never fails to make me feel better:

Well now, I get low and I get high
And if I can't get either, I really try
Got the wings of heaven on my shoes
    I'm a dancing man and I just can't lose
You know it's all right, it's ok
I'll live to see another day

    Love Heart....

I was thinking that my PS could play Magic Man (with the magic hands) during my exchange surgery.  But...he was running way behind, had been in surgery all day long, and was tired.  So...I told him it was doctor's choice.  Whatever inspired him to do his best work, even when tired.

It must have worked....the new girls are nothing short of amazing!!

I can't believe I'm typing this. I'm not big on Beyoncé or Destiny Child but once while driving to chemo their song "I'm a Survivor" came on the radio and it became my Fight Breast Cancer song!!

I never liked it before but it was as if they were speaking to me. They just chanted "I'm a survivor, I will not give up, I will work hard cuz I'm a survivor"  talk about a wow moment.  A lot of times when I have to do things I don't want to do (like chemo) I hear that song
