Stopping from recurring fears!!!

Hi all 

so out from from a horrifying diagnosis granted a awhile now including a false you've got 3 weeks at one point with all the fun scan scans saying you'll need lobes of your liver removed - how do I get get back from from being this broken human being? I have been to church...

    HI tuff girl, trying to decipher your post..can you share your status? It would help me be able to reassure you somehow.  I think we all suffer from recurrence fears. I try to find comfort in the fact that my good friend who was dx with stage IV ovarian cancer (twice!) is alive after 10 years. If she can do it, so can I and I'm not stage IV.  The stats don't take into consideration our unique makeup, biology, physiology, and what we are doing as individuals to protect ourselves, so I try to think of that and refuse to to generalized into a whole no matter what my stage and grade and node status were.  But sometimes I still get scared.
