Cuz I'm Happy!
We can all agree that this thing called breast cancer sucks - big time!
I made a choice at my initial diagnosis - to be upbeat, positive, and happy. I am not saying I am successful 100% of the time. But this little gem makes me smile...and dance...every time! I hope it makes you smile and dance, too.

Ladies -
Can you picture women in the Art Bra fashion show "walking" the runway to this song? Or a breast cancer flash mob to it? That would be too much fun. I need to work on that....

My son and I listen to hits 101 (Sirius) when I take him to school in the am, and this song is so fun! I had never seen the video, and I LOVE IT! Thanks for sharing. And you know what, I AM happy!

I'm glad you enjoy the song. I HAVE to listen to it at least once a day. I dance each time - can't help it!!
I vowed to stay positive during my breast cancer journey. One way I do that is through music...songs specifically...that makes me happy or that sooths me. I have a short playlist of songs I play everyday, at home and at work. Someone posted this gem on facebook the other day and I've been hooked since.
If you are interested, another one of my favorites is How Great Thou Art by Stikyard. They are percussionists. Although I am a woman of faith, I am not overly religious. But this song touches me every time I listen to it -- and I "drum" along. Can't help it.

I love to hear happy songs. The last day of my treatment I was driving home and heard "Best Day of my Life" by the American Authors. It's my theme song now. At least until I heard Because I'm Happy. LOL! Maybe more people will post happy songs they enjoy?

Sadly no. But that's okay. It's still a great song! I convinced our director at work to let me and another project manager put together an IT flash mob to "Happy" during customer service week. It will be sooo much fun.
