I have been wrapping for 4 weeks I feel like all we are doing is moving fluid around. I started using a flexi pump with the wrapping last week and the arm is staying the same. Has anyone else had lymphedema and not get results with the wraps and pump.

Are you saying that you are using the Flexi-Touch garments over the wrapping? If so that's not how to use it. It needs to be against the skin to massage. Also might not be adjusted right - as the level of LE changes adjustments are needed.

I stay under very good control using my Flexi-Touch and my day and night garments. I do not wrap.

A Flexi-Touch MLD machine should 'address' Trunk LE.

Mine runs on an hour cycle.  The 1st 1/2 hr is done in the sections to move fluid from that area so to be 'open' for more 'coiming'.  It starts with the upper leg/abdomine, then to chest, shoulder/upper arm, mid arm and lower arm/hand.  The next 1/2 hr does continual massage from hand to upper leg to move fluid.  Just like MLD is done.

There are other MLD machines but I know nothing about them.

do you have to have the machine reprogrammed from time to time?  How long does the machine last?
