I have a friend also going thru another cancer (and other health issues), she texts me almost every morning and lots during the day just to see how I'm doing, no judgement, just support and love. Kinda like BCO but local.

well, I feel this was more than 'just' a dream; but after my mom died, I dreamed that she was sitting with me, holding my hand & when I said, "This is so hard." She patted my hand (which I could FEEL) and said, "I know dear, but you will be OK." Her best friend had a 'felt like she was really there' dream about the same time too.
