Oops! I meant to type TDM1 instead of TDMA1.

I've just been confirmed with my 3rd breast metastasis in bone on the same side as my mastectomy within 3 years. My Onc thinks I'm eligible for Kadcyla and will be submitting to my insurance for approval. I would love to hear how anyone has done on this new "wonder" drug and what have been the most common side effects. I read some of the information on the Kadcyla web site and it seems that the most common is nausea, constipation, low platlet and bone pain.

Thank you and be well,

Susan

    Hello Positive neg...

Thanks for your response. I started Kadcyla yesterday. I am triple positive and see that you are ER+/PR-, HER2+, so, perhaps that's why your chemo is different. I woke up feeling a little dizzy, but seems to have subsided. Just not much energy.

    Take care,

    Susan
