    It does look like that particular trial is not recruiting but I think that's because it's a phase 2 trial and they are getting ready to move on to the phase 3 trial (which will be much larger).

    Keep an eye on clinicaltrials.gov where you can search for "breast cancer" "vaccine" and see what's open. 

    In particular, search for "breast cancer" "E75" "vaccine" -- E75 is the NeuVax vaccine. There are trials going on for that vaccine too.

    If you can get on a trial for either the AE37 vaccine or the E75 vaccine (NeuVax) I highly recommend it. The preliminary results for both look good in terms of reducing recurrences.

    Tectinic, did you participate in any vaccine trial?  i am interested since my tumor is very aggressive.  Thank you!

    Yes, I participated in the AE37 vaccine trial in Baltimore but I had to pull out of the trial because my oncologist put me back into treatment (chemo and herceptin). I decided that the treatment my onc was recommending was more important than finishing the trial. I was ALMOST CERTAIN that I was getting the placebo, not the vaccine.
