I want a uni-bra!

Why can't they make a uni-bra to hold up the remaining breast? Then I wouldn't have to wear a foob but my remaining breast would still have support. Someone in the fashion industry needs to get on this! If I could sew, I'd start experimenting!!

    I have one of those one-piece stretch bras. I had a skin-sparing MX and then canceled my reconstruction plans, so I am not completely flat on the MX side, and this works OK for me. The bra I have is made by Bali, but there are others. You may have to try more than one brand to find one that you can wear comfortably. After 8 hours or so I want to take it off, but for me it was the same as with a regular bra pre-surgery—off it came as soon as I got home from work! 

    I am thinking of trying the Softee "support" camisole, to see if it is even more comfortable than a stretch bra.

    There is one made by a French lady, information online at http://www.souti1.com/ . I admire her confidence with her single breast, but the cost is way too high for me. Perhaps someone in this country could make one here for less. Hugs,

    I've been told that Coobie bras have good support ( http://shopcoobie.com/ ).  I know some have worn the Genie bras and are happy with those.  I had a UMX w/o recon.  I have sports bras with pockets  and removable inserts that I purchased at TJMaxx and Marshall's in the women's sportswear department.  I buy a size larger than I used to wear so they are not too tight.  I recently purchased some New Balance and Jockey sports bras which were less than $15 each.

    Oh I want to try one of those French bras. I don't see an English translation button any where tho.
