Pathology report query

Hi, can anyone please explain the term 4/AI levels +sp, that is in my report after biopsy and dx?

    Wish I could give more information... seeing a BS on the 8th and hoping to get more info then.  All I have to go on is a pathology report I don't really understand and my GP telling me that I have cancer.  Had to really question her over what "type" it was.  Basic information really.  I guess i'm getting ahead of myself.  The healthcare system here is well known as flawed.  I feel like I've been waiting for information for an eternity.  (went to my GP with the "lump" on the 4th December)

    I'm sorry, but can't help you with this one. Did your GP tell you whether the cancer is IDIS, IDS  or anything like that? Or is there anything else on the path report?

    I attempted to interpret my own pathology report and it was a huge mistake that caused a lot of trauma.  Once I met with the oncologist it all became clear.  It is too complicated to try to decipher yourself and general practitioners usually don't know enough to be of great help.  That's my experience.
