Snowy owl------yakking?

Good morning! Just woke up. It was hard to get out from under the warm comfy covers but my stomach was growling. It is a glorious sunshiny day here in Nebraska. I hope to get my feet working without pain and enjoy the day delivering Christmas presents. Ho, Ho, Ho!

Holy guacamole! I went back to catch up on yesterday. I just can't do it! There are 4 pages. WTH! Do you guys have insomnia or something?
Chevy - you went butt skiing? Is that like buttinsky-ing? ...like you do with Cami's posts? Next time be sure to wear those gel-padded bike shorts. That way your husbing won't be asking who's been paddling you. "freezing dribble" I love it! Oh, and I have the guns to open your cans for you. I'll be right over. No need to use your Super Tramp card.
Camidarling- You are just too cute. I always want to just hug you and Joey. Well mainly Joey because I don't have a grandkidlet yet. Okay, you too, because you're just hilarious. I wish I had had the two of you here last Saturday when I was baking cookies. My kitchen is still a mess.
Chevy - Where is Super Tramp playing? Red Rocks? I thought they were all in the nursing home.
Dreams, Drema, Crema, Dream Weaver... I'll work on this for you. Obviously Chevy does not like your name but that's no problem. We can always change it for you. How about Broke? Remember: Broke, busted, disgusted, agents can't be trusted... Who was that, Super Tramp? Hahahahahha, probably not. Oh yeah! Mamas and the Papas.
I'll shut up now and shower. Smelling Cami made me want to be just like her.

Phyloho--I'm glad u'r back so u can pick out all of our faults and throw them in our faces. LOL Did u get u'r ankle bracelet covered with red fur to go with u'r black stockings and short little red dress like all good hos do? Are u'r neighbors still fooled by u'r innocent act. Oh it's good to get going on u Phylohump==I've missed that. And Chevy will be along with her tail bone and keep it up, the tail bone that is.
-
cami - not a ho, a tramp! Money means you have to do what they want not vice versa.
but yes, my attire is completely in line with the profession. (smooch!)
-
Phylisisnissthetramp! I remember Super Tramp...Ha! But Ducky is older than me, so she REALLY remembers them!
Oh no, I like what'shername... Dreams! I wanted to make her happy, so she wouldn't be "broken"....
I LOVED the Mama's and the Papa's! And Sonny and Cher! So fun singing to their songs! And especially And Bette Midler singing "The Rose".... And Janis Joplin! Sheesh!
Nope, you two can't make me get in the shower.... Not THAT easy! I have to color my hair, and then take a shower come morning!
I only got one egg this morning! Those girls had better get busy!
-
Good day, all!! Just stopping by to say, WTH?? I didn't get to sleep till around 3 am here, up by 8 and my cell phone was smoking on the night table with notifications of 90+ posts!!! Oh, my, my! The nights I've been on Insomniacs it's really quiet, what's happening? Pre-holiday excitement? Or just more have found this spot? Am considering removing the auto notifications but then, when I'm out and about, I won't have the posts to brighten my day.
There's almost no way I can go back and read everything and try to comment - my brain is already failing me, can't add this to the mix.
Sassy, wasn't this thread really quiet (like at times sleeping) just a couple short weeks ago? After last night, if it keeps up this way, you could call it "Let's Get the Party Started!" And I always thought the boards were quiet on the weekends
-
2nd not quiet with Phylotramp and Chevymotormouth and it's really nothing important. Just being silly.
-
No! It WAS important! Cammi, what choo mean? We were up, and no-one else was, so we woke up Broken something, and SHE stayed to talk! Then Phyllitramp finally woke up..... that's all I know....
-
2nd, lots of friends that party , sometimes they sleep. they's in a playin' mood now.
-
I get the nicest thank you notes from people about the poop thread. It's a loosening experience.
Off to a party 4 hours laTE
-
Ok all.....I am considering changing my screen name. Love all the ideas you have. Sorry we burned up the boards last night. But honestly, I take the blame. Chevy and Cami were there keeping me company, and worried I was broken and needed fixing. Fun conversation while the rest of you were sleeping. Thank you Cami and Chevy. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.
-
DANG! Had to catch up on so many posts... y'all were active last night and I was a total dummy. Caught my annual Christmas Cold and couldn't breathe at all.... got no sleep at all, so I should have checked in here!
Doubt I would have been coherent though.... Lack of oxygen will do that to you. Oh, wait - no one would have noticed, right?
xoxo
-
BD how about "fixinme", The other you suggested, that's a different life. Have one for just here
BUT Dreamer or Dreams Dreamcatcher Dreamaker, Dreamheart, heartdream, heartfoheart, littledreams, fairydust, fairycatcher faifylight, fairytwinkle, twinkle star, starlight,

Blessings OH no 4 days before Christmas. GET better. Use everyone's booze recipe. after trying all the different recipes , I'm sure you'll be really tight, erhhhh , wellll.
Green Tea(healthier), 1 jigger whiskey or rye, 1 tble. honey, lemon to taste at least a tsp. Additional jigger of whiskey if it a hurricane
-
Nope! Not us!
But don't change your name little Dreams! We were just playing with you! That was the most fun I have had in a long time! Thanks to you and the Camster! Ha!
It was like we were in our own little chat-room!
Blessings, You should have been there.... If you were in-coherent, that would have been perfect! I'm always here early in the mornings.... when everyone else is asleep.
-
Chevy BD picked that name when she was hurting spiritually. There may be a little part of that not go away.
BD , you chose your name when that's what you were feling. Chose now by what your're feeling? See if that help's. or you good use the first thing you see when you turn your head? Excluding the toilet or the bidet.
-
Chevy don't you have a toddy recipe. Blessings is going to try them and see what works( see my post)
-
Okay, try this..... Orange juice, with amaretto and Vodka... maybe orange vodka.... It is called a Bocce Ball!
Oh Cammi will be all over that....
-
Chevy the first 3hours the thread was started we did 14 pages. I was there for most of it. It was like a chat room. Lots of sleepless folks. Lots. Very much.
Cooking be back
Did anyone click on the constipation thread to read the poop post puns?
-
phgraham~~Grandkidlet! I love it! My Grandkidlet, Kaylen (15years old) is spending the weekend with me. She's singing at church tomorrow. We went grocery shopping and she carried all the groceries in and put them all away, then helped me clean the living room & dining room. She's a Keeper!
DH just got in from work. Spaghetti, meatballs, & garlic rolls for dinner.
I'll be back in a bit.
I love you all.
Paula
-
I'm back, maybe not for long. Was in lots of traffic, not much accomplished. Brought home a pizza, looks like DH went to nap hours ago. Just don't want to be alone, I know Kohls doesn't close till Christmas Eve, may go hang out there, there also a Target right there. Still have to buy gifts for friends (people who have everything). Sigh
Paula how was dinner? Sounds really good to me.
Bdreams, have you decided on a new name or has the identity crisis passed?
-
Hi...........For those who have known me for sometime, and for those who have no idea who I am........I am sure by the time you all get to read this, the Mods will be sent a PM, and it will be deleted.......I am a 78 year old Mother of 6, grandmother of 18, and a great grandmother of 3, (one a disabled little 2 year old twin little girl, as many of you ready know), and a new baby coming in May..................
I have never, at no time bullied anyone on any thread on this Website.......this has been an accusation told to the Mods, and any of you who really have gotten to know me over the past almost 3 years know this to be true........I have never reported, anyone, harrassed anyone, or made anyone feel uncomfortable.....if they have thought this, this is their thoughts, and nothing that I have ever written...........go back, read the threads, and my posts, you will see............and zinger"s.....point out just one.................anyone who has left threads to be exact left on their own, or for other reasons, not me.........also I have made someone feel unsafe............really..........when, where, why, for what reason..............
Who has the right on this website to tell another person, when, or where they can post..........I had no idea who was even on this thread, it was suggested by someone who is already on here for me to come on when I have trouble sleeping, which is rare., and I think it is no ones business who it was.................
I do not run to the Mods if there is a difference of opinion by someone, or because I do not get to run the whole show, and monopolize a thread...........we can all share and share alike, and have different opinions, and still care deeply about each other.
So again, I am not a bully, a zinger thrower, a criticizer, or as I was accussed of..........."making someone suffer"................
I am fighting the same ugly battle as everyone else on here........You all have been my backbone, my light when everything was dark, and like Veggy, my dear friend, in the basement, with the door locked..........the people I turn to when no one else cares to listen..........judge me by how you see me, and my posts, and not what someone else has force fed you...............I hope the Mods allow me to defend myself to all of you ladies, and you not go away after that post that should never have been allowed to be put out there, thinking I am the "bitch" that I was made out to be......................
To my dearest friends, thank you.......No one dares to tell me where I am welcome.........the decision will be mine as to where I post............thanks again ladies, and I do hope you get to read this..............I think I am entitled to my 15 minutes of fame too, but the Mods I am sure will delete this right away .........I am sure everything I write is reported..........................hugs, love you guys.......................
-

hi 2ndTimeAround,
It's great to have someone to talk to! My dh and my 2 ds's are fast asleep. Won't be hearing from any of them for a while!
Unfortunately its pain that has me awake, so I could do with some distraction right about now.
