Hi Ladies


My son's partner is in Slovakia and has been diagnosed with breast cancer following a needle biopsy. In Slovakia they seem to offer radiotherapy before a lumpectomy, I may have misunderstood, but that is not usually routine is it?

    some guidlines do this practice and even offer chemo before surgery to reduce the tumor size 

    but i am not sure in what case they apply this practice. because no BC are similar
