Good luck, proud, is it time for a pocket party?????
-
I had a fun, if pricey Sat. I drove over to Orlando for the day for the AKC/Eukanuba dog show. $9 for parking, $15 admission, and that was the senior price! And a truly lousy small lunch for $5.75. Coffee $4.
But I sooooo enjoyed seeing all the beautiful dogs in the different classes. I even got to kiss an Australian Shepherd. I was owned by one for 14 1/2 years and still miss him so much. I could pretend for a second. -
Ooooh I bet that was fun. I love dogs. I have 3, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor.
-
My favorite pastime is to go to our dog park daily. I get to watch and play with about 20 dogs every day. You really have to laugh when a truck goes by, and they all chase after it. Even the 2 smallest one, Spookie and Punkin act big and fierce. I don't have much of a real lifeLOL
This is all 7# of Punkin. She's not mine -
She looks so much bigger than our 7 pound dog did but Heidi was a short hair terrier, chiwawa (sp?) cross with maybe a little mini dachshund. -
Punkin is an apricot MaltiPoo. That's a lot if fur there. Her dad said he'd never seen one that color. I showed him a pic of my last min poo -

Punkin looks like she is in charge! cute
yeah, could use a pocket party!
-
In your pocket - -
Oh Spookie our furbabies are a huge part of our life and our comfort, well that's how I look at it.
I hope everyone is doing OK--I'm busy today with work calls so I'll check back later. Love to all

Actually a frozen watermelon is not a bad idea but they are not around yet.

Alyson, I wish we could trade weather for a few days....

Spookie, Im coming to Fla. for New Years. Where are you?Pm me if you don't want to put it on the boards. Im going to be near Jacksonville...
-
well back from allergy testing, can't find anything but since I told him I basically react to chemicals and junk that they do not test for...and I surely do not want to be tested with....
oh well, on to the dang polyp surgery end of month and hoping that helps the junk
-
Mary, I'm next to Clearwater. About 5-6 hours from Jax on other coast. -
Oh too bad, that's alittle far since Im only going to be able to be gone for 3-4 days...Maybe next time. My sister lives near Jacksonville, so we go a lot. Sorry about your testing, proud..Iknow you wish they had found Something!

Funny memory time. If you look at the picture below, I was helping the Forest Service on an Archaeological Survey and Had to wear a hard-hat but not enough shade for me (LOL trying to keep skin cancer away, who would have known...) - So, anyway, I put my shade hat had under the hard hat. Just thought this would bring a memory smile to you all. Merry Christmas
