I am ER+ .Can I eat nuts like almond , walnuts , peanuts etc...Can I get organic chiken (antibiotic free) from any local grocery store like Gaint , Safe way or Shppers ?
Any information will be helpfull ...

Zohra, I am ER+ also, I eat nuts constantly and organic chicken when I can find it, I live in a small community. My surgeon really pushed to eat organic when possible. I have not gone to a nutritionist, but just try to eat fruits, vegetables and lean protein...
