Hi ice, maybe you also want to post this on a surgery thread, listing the locations  you desire (Baltimore/DC).  More people are likely to respond from this larger pool of people and those who know Baltimore/DC will respond.  I only know that Johns Hopkins Breast Center is supposed to be good, but don't know the specifics.

Hi ice, go to "All topics" and find the Surgery topic.  Click on that topic and under that topic, you can create a new thread, and indicate in your title that you're looking for a recommendation for a surgeon in Baltimore or DC.  If you put the Baltimore or DC in your subject heading, people who are on the surgery threads or people who review "active topics" will see it and respond.  So, this is exactly what you did when starting a new thread in the DCIS section, but instead it's in the Surgery section.

Hopefully my directions aren't too convoluted.
