Happy Thanksgiving My Lovely Ladies (a Day Early :))
Just over 4 years ago I received my diagnosis of BC, just had surgery and awaiting chemo. Needless to say it was a shocking, scary time in my life. I can't believe four whole years have passed since that time, but here we are today a day before another Thanksgiving I thought I'd never see.
I feel so blessed to be here today and to carry on traditions our family has looked forward to, and although it's been a roller coaster at times, I am LIVING! I am also so thankful to all you ladies who've helped me along my journey. I really don't know what I would have done without this site. I feel like I have made some life long friends here. Who would of thunk it? Something positive that came out of this crappy disease.
To the newly diagnosed, please use this post to know IT DOES GET BETTER! Go to battle and come out the victor! We'll be here along the way.

Happy Thanksgiving! We are all so beloved by our family and friends. I am so thankful for my loving husband, my delightful children and my faithful friends. For me, they are the true heroes this year. All I can do is continue to love them.

3 years ago at this time, I was going through radiation, so I was near the end of a long road, which had started 9 months prior. My situation seemed quite dire, and at that time, I did not think I would be here by now. But I am, and for that, and many other things, I am thankful. I'm thankful for every single day in 2011, 2012, and 2013, every one of which I have been considered cancer-free. -

Happy Thanksgiving, all! Two years ago today was my first Taxol treatment after the 4 A/C. I'm very thankful to be here, to still be cancer free, and to not have been in the infusion center today!!! -

Happy Thanksgiving to my American sisters. We are vacationing in Florida and just had our holiday delivered to our unit at our resort. 6 years ago I was finishing up my txs with the last of the radiation. So much to be thankful for...including getting to celebrate two Thanksgivings again this year. -
Just finished Black Friday shopping....got in at 11am, went out 8pm....every joint and muscle hurts, sooo sleepy and so worth it. Its wonderful to be alive!
