confused, worried, scared opinions needed

Here is my story

In 2005 I was dx with DCIS and >1mm invasive lob. no lymph involvement.

treatment was lumpectomy with radiation. Last year the skin on my bad boob (Rigt) was changing sorta orange peel, color darker. had mammo...found small group of microcalcifications of indeterminate morphology in the lumpectomy bed also diffuse skin thickening. BiRads 1 had biopsy came back breast tissue with mild fibrosis and 0.3 cm hyalinized and partially calcified fibrodenoma

1 yr 4 months later (now) skin even thicker and darker, raised rope like skin under breast, nipple is swollen with some clear discharge and EXTREME itch.

mammo was done, magnified mammo done, found new large group of pleomorphic, fine linier branching calcifications in the region of lumpectomy sight

area 3.7x1.9 cm increased thickening of nipple areolar complex mild distortion and thicking of skin

what is anyones take on this? I think it is DCIS again and maybe something was missed last time

thanks for any and all input

PS BIRADS this time is 4

I think it needs to be checked out. You won't really know until a biopsy is done. I am sorry you are in the waiting game again. Hope it turns out to radiation changes. I know it's hard but try to keep busy,do something fun this weekend to keep your mind off it. I saw on your other post, your biopsy is Wed. Try to enjoy your Thanksgiving with your family and friends. In my thoughts and prayers for good news (((Hugs)))

I would try a new cancer center with a second opinion. My sister has had recurrent DCIS - 5 times. She is doing great but had to push to get doctors to take her seriously. She was told some of her recurrences weren't cancer and they were.
