Hard Patch above Latissimus Dorsi Scar

Hello Ladies, Thank you in advance for reading and any thoughts you may have. I had Latissimus Dorsi reconstruction on 8/7/2013 after my initial exchange failed from an infection. So 3 months out here I am feeling a thickening right above the skin graft from my Latissimus. I have an appointment with my Radiation Oncologist Friday. Right now if she doesn't think it is anything I don't know how hard to push for evaluation or if I should even be worried. But my boyfriend and I are very worried. Anyone have anything like this? So far when I read signs of recurrence around the scar it is possible I have it. Anyone have this? Very scared.

my Oncologist is concerned about a lump. Ultrasound scheduled for Monday.
