One More Year Down!

Feeling anxious and dare I say a little bit happy?!? It's been 3 yrs since my surgery. I feel like doing something, but I can't figure out what! I have my regular onc appointment tomorrow. Maybe I'll celebrate with something bad like McDonald's or Dunkin Donuts. I'm a cheap date! Our Walmart just put a new nail salon in too. Hmmm....

Congrats on 3 years. I was diagnosed around the same time. I know for me, onc app't are filled with angst so any excuse to celebrate sounds good to me. Lurking is good, but seeing your post is even better.

I, too, am three years out. I saw my onc earlier this month, who said we are now on an every-six-months schedule (was three, then four) and he didn't even do blood work this time. I stopped at a greasy junk food place on the way home for takeout and included a malt, too. :-)
