Radiation doesn't help pts 50-75 with early stage breast cancer

I was told the risk for not doing rads would be 3 percent. I did not them because my heart would be in the radiation field and 6 to 10 percent of my lung would be permanently damaged. The RO also admitted that there could be possible rib breakage plus there was a risk of other cancers down the line. I was 75 at the time.

Now if that only worked the other way too, Brnx!
