Tykerb SE's???

I have been on tykerb and Herceptin for about 3 months. Tumor on my adrenal disappeared so I am very happy and will remain on this treatment. Question - my fatigue seems to be getting worse and the bathroom problems as well. Is there a cumulative effect, does it all plateau at some point. I am finding I have to pace my self a bit differently - like I did during my initial rounds of chemo. I can manage, things just don't get done as quickly as previously. How have others faired?

    My side effects from Tykerb include diarrhea, fatigue, problems with my toenails, breakouts on my face and scalp, cracks on fingertips and bottoms of my feet. The diarrhea does seem like it may not be as bad as it was at first but it is still there. I have been on Tykerb for over 4 years and will be on it indefinitely. If it keeps me well, I'll take it forever! So far, NED for over 4 years.
