I have officially been done with chemo for one year now.
I am slowly but surely trying to build my endurance even being as far as a year out. I have managed to jog/walk 1.65 miles today. That is a big milestone for me. It has helped improve my moods, because I have struggled from moving from active treatment to survivorship.

I'll be one year post chemo on Thursday. I've done well with losing weight (eating better), but not with the exercise. I still feel sluggish.
-
I'm done with chemo for a little over two years now and am hoping never to have a recurrence. Happy New Year everybody!! It's gonna be the best one yet!!

My friend has done with her chemo sessions. She increased her weight during chemo but now she is perfect as she was earlier.

Warrior319, thinking of you. I hope your onc has a good plan for you. Being ER/PR positive, there should be lots of treatment options. If in doubt, get another opinion.

hello there; I read your profile and you got your implants. I just got mine this week and I was sad with the results. I want them to look round like a boob looks but to me they look like the chest of a body builder. I also see them like they inflated my chest. I can't tell what size of bra I would be. I know I got the largest implants like 800cc. Maybe Im not giving it time to heal. How are yours?

Hi Aibartol, you will likely get responses if you start a question on the reconstruction thread. Good luck.
