    Hi kaza

I too have worked the night shift for over 15 years. I was dx in April of this year and have just finished chemo. I will be meeting with my work supervisor soon and will be requesting that I work either day or evening shifts. Night shift does take a toll on your body. The extra money is nice, but my health is more important. So, I will make the change and do my best. I have been through too much to let anything keep me from becoming and staying as healthy as I can. Good luck to you!

Hi kaza and Lucy2941 - I also work nights..for the last 7.5 years. After the 1st of the year I am switching to the day shift. Unfortunately I love a lot of aspects the nightshift work provides, but feel it has taken a toll on me, too. I also understand about the decrease in pay. Wish you both the best.
