Mutivitamin Recommendation

Options

Hi everyone,

I have been adding some individual supplements to my diet recently. I did not use to take vitamins before my diagnosis and now the number of vitamins I am taking is kind of getting too much. I was wondering if you guys can recommend a multivitamin that does not have any iron, soy and preferably organic. I am 51 years old and not menstruating anymore. I have read that we should try to avoid copper in our vitamins. I am not sure what to believe. I am hoping to get recommendations from you for a multivitamin. This way, I may be able to reduce the number of individual vitamins. Thank you so much for your help.

I use and recommend "Super Nutrition" brand "Simply One Women" which comes in an iron-free formula and a single daily pill.  Says uses organic when available. No soy.  Says it dissolves quickly.  swansonvitamins.com is one of the few sites that includes the back label so you can see precisely what you get if you want to check it out and/or check out any other recommendations you get.  Big gripes against Amazon and other sites that do not give you a view of the back label with all the details  Price on Swanson was about $25 for a 3-month supply.  I notice the difference when I do not take it.
