Just told brca1 positive. I am triple negative too

what does that really mean for me now. Does it affect long term prognosis etc. I just finished chemo ac-t yesterday. I will se surgeon next week to,talk surgery. I have an appointment Monday with geneticist but my mind is running rampant. Please Anya information would be helpful
