On Friday I was walking home from work and out of no where I felt the sensation that I was tipping forward then all of a sudden I felt like I was going to fall over to my right and that everything was moving, it only lasted a few seconds, I was terrified and my heart started to beat so fast, I was so panicked, I have allergies and I was on an airplane the day before, I am wondering if this is what caused it, or was it menoupause?  I did not go out all day yesterday, because I am so scared it's going to happen again.  Has anyone else had this happen?

It happens all the time to me since tx.  I think it is a combination of everything but I'm also on Aromasin and do know it's a SE from it. I think some are more sensitive to certain SE's than others.  I've always had a problem with motion sickness from driving, etc. and tx has just aggrevated that.

I feel as if it's earthquake all the time!!!! I ''report'' about 4-8 of them every day. Never given it too much thought, but reading your posts I am curious what others will say.

It could be vertigo ,u can stand erect with both feet touching each other with eyes closed and if your body swivels like a pendulum ,then it's vertigo

It could also be "paraneoplastic syndrome", which was the case with me. Since you're suffering from allergies and you've had the recent plane ride, I think it's something benign, like an inner ear issue.

I started having vertigo attacks about 2 years after treatment. I am still unable to turn my head to the right or left quickly. It's a pretty scary thing when you are walking.

Thanks everyone, I started having these episodes after treatment, they happen every few months, I also get it slightly when I'm sitting, like something in my head tilts to one side, it lasts seconds and can happen a few times a day, but this last one while I was walking was the worst ever, I'm thinking it may also be panic attack related since diagnosis I have so much anxiety and fear of something happening again with my health, and I notice every little thing and can go into panic mode.

gee, I have been thinking of seeing an ear doc as my balance stinks and I was hoping~~it was inner ear and could be dealt with.  But aromason, it could be as never had this problem before all the junk started.  Now I worry walking and end up walking very slowly and cautiously.  Bad going down steps
